RESERVATIONS

a. Reservations may be made online at www.worldmyway.com or by contacting us at (888) 55-MyWay or info@worldmyway.com.
b. Any changes or additions to our standard Terms & Conditions will be included on the invoice.

AVAILABILITY

c. Availability of travel services is subject to change at any time.

RATES

d. Rates are quoted per person and based on double occupancy.
e. All rates are quoted in US dollars.
f. Rates are subject to availability at time of reservation.
g. Rates are subject to change without notice (prior to deposit) due to currency fluctuations, changes in airfare, government taxes and/or contract amendments.
h. Rates are guaranteed upon acceptance of DEPOSIT, with the exception of increases in airline fuel surcharges, surcharges and any government tax increases.

PAYMENTS

i. We accept major credit cards, checks and money orders.
j. FULL PAYMENTS require a worldMyWay.com Credit Card Form.
k. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.

DEPOSITS

l. If your booking date is 60 or more days ahead of the commencement date of yout trip, no deposit will be required. All flights and trip insurance (optional) must be paid in full at the time of booking. All reservations with less that 60 days to the commencement of your voyage will be charged the full amount of the trip cost at time of booking.
m. Additional deposit requirements may apply.
n. Airfare purchases are payable in full at time of reservation.

FULL PAYMENTS

o. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure.
p. If full payment is not received by this date, all travel services will be subject to immediate and automatic cancellation.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS

q. Confirmation of all PAYMENTS are sent via email or fax, whichever is provided and preferred.
r. Reservations may not be deemed as confirmed until a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION is issued.
s. It is your responsibility to follow up with worldMyWay.com if a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION is anticipated and not received.
t. We are NOT responsible for failed email or fax transmissions.

RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF DEPARTURE

u. Payment in full is due for reservations made within 60 days of departure.
v. Personal checks cannot be accepted.

LATE PAYMENTS

w. If FULL PAYMENT due date is missed, and travel services are requested to be reinstated, a service fee of $50 applies.
x. All travel services previously reserved, including rates and availability, are subject to change.

CHANGES AFTER DEPOSIT

y. worldMyWay.com does not charge a fee for alterations or revisions made to a reservation during the period between DEPOSIT and FINAL PAYMENT unless it deems the changes are excessive.
z. worldMyWay.com charges a $50 per transaction fee for alterations and revisions made to a reservation after FINAL PAYMENT has been accepted.
aa. During the time period between FINAL PAYMENT and DEPARTURE it is possible that a certain alteration or revision may not be possible.
bb. Change fees or additional fees for hotel, air, car, or rail tickets and selected sightseeing and services may apply to ANY change made at ANY time and will be advised at the time of revision or on invoice.
cc. Airline penalties may also apply.
dd. A change to traveler name, vacation date or itinerary within 60 days of commencement of services will be treated as a cancellation and a new reservation; standard cancellation fees apply.

CHANGES AFTER DEPARTURE

ee. The cost of any changes made during the trip will be at the local rate and payable at that time. Changes may be subject to a $50 fee.

MINIMUM PURCHASE

ff. Minimum purchase is a 4-night hotel reservation.
gg. No other travel service may be purchased without a minimum 4-night hotel reservation on the same reservation.
hh. Airfare may be purchased only when a minimum 4-night hotel stay is also purchased as part of the same reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

ii. Once a DEPOSIT or FULL PAYMENT has been accepted, cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
jj. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure:
kk. If cancellation is received by worldMyWay.com more than 60 days prior to commencement of services, no deposit is retained.
ll. If cancellation is received by worldMyWay.com 60 to 31 days prior to commencement of services, the greater of your deposit or 25% of the total price is retained.
mm. If cancellation is received by worldMyWay.com 30 to 1 day prior to commencement of services, the greater of your deposit or 50% of the total price is retained.
nn. If cancellation is received by worldMyWay.com on departure day, 100% of total price is retained.
oo. Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional travel services, including accommodations, reserved prior to, during and after the tour.
pp. Airfare is completely non-refundable when non-refundable tickets are purchased, in accordance with airlines terms and conditions.

AIRFARE

qq. Air offered is via regularly scheduled carriers.
rr. All responsibility for compliance with carrier rules and regulations are assumed by the passenger.
ss. Airline tickets are completely nonrefundable once issued. worldMyWay.com does not accept responsibility for any carrier schedule changes, equipment changes, flight delays, or flight cancellations for any reason, including financial insolvency of the carrier.
tt. Seat assignments and frequent flyer programs are the responsibility of the passenger.
uu. We suggest you contact the carrier several weeks prior to departure for seat assignments.
vv. Passengers are responsible to reconfirm their flights 72 hours prior to departure for all flights.
ww. Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked.
xx. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable.
yy. Subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a worldMyWay.com $50 revision fee per change.
zz. worldMyWay.com will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy.
aaa. Name changes must be advised in writing.
bbb. worldMyWay.com has no air-related responsibility to those clients who obtain air through a source other than worldMyWay.com.
ccc. Airline fuel surcharges are included in your airfare.
ddd. Fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating oil prices.
eee. We reserve the right to amend your airfare due to increases in fuel surcharges imposed by your airline.
fff. To avoid potential increases, you may choose to pay for your airline tickets in full at any time in order that tickets may be issued.
ggg. Once issued, tickets are no longer subject to potential increases but are fully non-refundable.

ACCOMODATIONS

hhh. Late or non-arrivals may result in forfeiting all nights at the reserved property.
iii. Early check-outs are non-refundable.
jjj. Room assignments are done by the property at time of check-in.
kkk. If an accommodations change becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodations substituted will be equivalent in standard to that previously reserved.
lll. Accommodation check-in and check-out times vary worldwide.

SIGHTSEEING & OTHER SERVICES

mmm. Minimum of 4 hotel nights are required in order to book any sightseeing, tourist attraction, or transfer service.
nnn. Regarding car rentals, no refunds or credits are issued if rental terminates in a period of days less than that booked.
ooo. Unused services due to passenger's own volition are completely non-refundable.

RETURNED CHECKS

ppp. $30 fee for returned checks.

INVOICE ERRORS

qqq. In case of human or computer error, worldMyWay.com reserves the right to issue a new invoice with correct pricing.

PASSENGER INFORMATION

rrr. Passengers are responsible to ensure that worldMyWay.com has the correctly spelled name, address, email and fax data for all passengers.
sss. Names printed on the invoice must exactly match the first and last name written in their passport (middle names or initials are not needed). worldMyWay.com will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents due to inaccurate information.

DOCUMENTS

ttt. Provided full payment has been received, travel documents will be sent via email or regular ground delivery approximately 2 - 3 weeks prior to departure.
uuu. Additional time may be required for certain travel services.
vvv. A $15 charge per reservation is added to reservations made within 30 days of departure that require documents to be shipped versus emailed.
www. A $15 charge per reservation is added for documents requested in advance or for two-day delivery in the continental USA.
xxx. Reissuing of documents and/or requests for shipment to multiple parties are subject to a $15 per booking and/or per shipment handling fee.
yyy. Most airline tickets are now issued electronically (e-ticket).
zzz. Passengers may request paper airline tickets for a fee of $30 per person.

INSURANCE

aaaa. Insurance is included on every initial invoice for optional purchase at the time of deposit or full payment. Insurance may not be purchased after final payment has been made and is completely non-refundable.
bbbb. Complete policy description including full details of coverage, provisions, limitations, exclusions, and conditions may be faxed on request prior to purchase and will be included with final documents.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

cccc. Solely the responsibility of the booking agent or passenger. worldMyWay.com cannot accept responsibility for the provision of information relating to passports or visas, or for their actual issuance.
dddd. You are responsible for obtaining and payment for all visas and entry documents and for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. eeee. Non-US citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents.
ffff. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport.
gggg. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

hhhh. You must report any disability requiring special attention to worldMyWay.com at the time the reservation is made.
iiii. worldMyWay.com will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.
jjjj. Be aware that outside the U.S. the Americans with Disabilities Act is not applicable and facilities for disabled individuals are limited.
kkkk. Most transportation services are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. llll. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off vehicles, or other personal needs.
mmmm. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance, and must assume full responsibility for their well being.

YOUNG TRAVELERS

nnnn. Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult.

NOT INCLUDED

oooo. Federal Inspection Fees for the Federal U.S. Customs and Immigration; International
pppp. Air Transportation Tax; agricultural tax; any other taxes; security fee; airport taxes and fees; port taxes; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your tour or cruise director, tour host, tour driver, local city guides, ship crew; gratuities on ferries and trains. Laundry; telephone; mini bar; alcohol, beverages and food not on the regular table menu (these extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel or restaurant); optional excursions; porterage at airports; travel protection; excess baggage fees; all other items of a personal nature.

REFUNDS/COMPLAINTS

qqqq. Requests must be made in writing along with inclusion of any unused documents and supporting receipts to worldMyWay.com Corp., Customer Service Department, 1375 Broadway, Suite 601, New York, NY 10018 within 30 days of the date of travel. Please allow 3-5 weeks for investigation and notification of intended action.

RESPONSIBILITY

WorldMyWay.com Corp., and its representatives abroad act only as independent contractors acting on behalf of neither the customer nor the suppliers and principals. All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations, and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions. WorldMyWay.com Corp., does not own nor operate the hotels, motor coaches, airlines, or any other service providers which compose their tours, and will not be held responsible for changes and/or CANCELLATIONS for any reason by airlines or hotels.
A) The Travel Agent and/or Tour Operator, WorldMyWay.com Corp., shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in conveying passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.
B) WorldMyWay.com Corp., shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included on it website or part of product/service offerings, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. WorldMyWay.com Corp., shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations. Travel to these areas may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, war, and arbitrary changes mandated by government authorities or private concerns. It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to check with the U.S. State Department, Consular Information, http://travel.state.gov/travel/warnings.html for any current advisories and updates to the destinations on their itinerary. WorldMyWay.com Corp., shall be held harmless from any and all liability in connection with the foregoing.
C) WorldMyWay.com Corp., cannot accept responsibility for loss or expense due to delay or changes in transportation schedule or other causes. WorldMyWay.com Corp., shall not be held responsible for potential loss of services due to inclement weather conditions.
D) Each exchange voucher and ticket is to be regarded as one contracted by or on behalf of the particular company or person named on it.
E) Arbitration. Any and all disputes concerning this contract, the brochure or web site, or your trip shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York, and any such arbitration must take place in New York County. In any such arbitration, the substantive law of New York will apply.
F) The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any omission or events during the time passengers are not aboard their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the whole contract between the Airlines, and the Purchaser of these tours and/or the passengers. The Travel Agent and/or Tour Operator and WorldMyWay.com Corp., do not assume responsibility for airlines or hotels overbooking, CANCELLATIONS, or delays.
